Together, we create a real community where we inspire and support one another on the journey to personal growth and achieving our full potential., increase endurance, and train your inner-athlete The Role: The Studio Manager leads all aspects of studio operations with a focus on sales performance, team leadership, and member experience . This role is perfect for someone who's as comfortable leading a team as they are chatting with members post-class. Key Responsibilities: Hit monthly revenue targets using BODYBAR's proven membership sales system Maximize retention through member experience and connection strategies Self-generate leads through partnerships, community events, and referral campaigns Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a high-performing front desk team Maintain the studio's vibe: clean, organized, on-brand, and full of good energy Manage product inventory, apparel displays, and admin supplies Cultivate community in and out of class-be the face of BODYBAR in your city Ensure studio policies and procedures are followed at all times What We're Looking For: 2+ years of leadership or sales experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Passionate about health and wellness (Pilates lover? Even better!) Confident communicator-in-person, phone, email, or DMs Super organized and deadline-driven High integrity, reliable, and a natural team player Comfortable with client management software and tech tools Ready to lead a studio, grow a brand, and RAISE THE BAR?
