Job Description

The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. Member Sales and Service Specialists will report directly to the Studio Manager. The Studio Manager will report directly to the District Manager. We accept applications on an ongoing basis.

Skilled in training, motivating, and holding the team accountable to drive sales across all revenue streams, including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. Ability to Collaborate with the Leadership Team while working independently to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in person, on the phone, and via email, while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized and proficient in data management, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs. Passionate about fitness, professional, reliable, and eager to grow and learn, with the ability to handle confidential information and work harmoniously with all team members and clients. Please note that this is a position in the service industry that may require that you be able to stand/sit/perch/walk, etc. for the entirety of your shift. You must be able to lift/push/pull/climb etc. as needed. You must be able to speak in a clear voice that can be easily heard. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Lead and prioritize sales efforts, focusing on driving membership sales, booking intro classes, and closing sales, while ensuring the team consistently surpasses sales targets, call goals, and performance metrics. Drive lead generation through grassroots marketing, networking, and business development, including social media campaigns, community events, partnerships, and referral programs, to increase studio visibility, schedule prospects for intro classes, and drive membership sales while ensuring studio policies and procedures are followed. Manage and lead the team , including Member Support Specialists, ensuring staff schedules are optimized and holding team members accountable for performance. Oversee studio operations , including inventory management of retail/products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all administrative supplies and forms are stocked and visible. Utilize software and technology to effectively manage the business, including membership accounts, revenue and attendance reports, and handle high-level customer service decisions and collection of outstanding dues.
