Join to apply for the Staff Instructional Designer role at Intuit Overview The Intuit Fintech Risk Operations team protects both Intuit and our small business customers from financial losses resulting from fraud or credit risk associated with payment transactions. The team operates in a dynamic environment, utilizing extensive research, analysis, and customer empathy to make decisions that significantly impact both our customers and Intuit. The ideal candidate for this role is able to design, deliver, and continually improve effective learning solutions that enhance the skills and capabilities of our leadership team at all levels to drive business outcomes. The focus is on creating an onboarding program for Risk Operations Leaders that aligns with organizational goals and addresses the diverse needs of our leadership. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure high-quality learning interventions across the organization. Staying updated with industry trends and sharing knowledge and best practices in learning and development are also key responsibilities. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Leadership, Learning and Development, or a related field Experience 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design Experience working in a high-volume/operational environment with strong understanding of queues and dashboards Skills Strong knowledge of leadership development principles and best practices Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills Strong program management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Relationship-building and stakeholder collaboration skills Proficiency in Google Suite and LMS (e.g., Docebo) Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field Experience with instructional design principles and methodologies Experience in a corporate or organizational setting Experience with succession planning and talent management How you will lead Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership development gaps Design and develop leadership development programs, curricula, and materials Utilize various learning methodologies (workshops, e-learning, coaching) Ensure program alignment with organizational goals and priorities Program Implementation and Management Facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants Ongoing Program Evaluation and Improvement Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in leadership development Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Education and Training Industry: Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr Intuit
