As we grow, we’re looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Agent to be a foundational part of our team and help shape our customer experience from day one.

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Agent to lead sales at our new home communities. The ideal candidate will bring proven success in new construction sales and have previous experience working directly with New Homes construction builders. This is a unique opportunity to help build a sales program from the ground up and be a key player in the growth of a new brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of our brand in new construction communities.
  • Manage the entire sales process: greeting buyers, qualifying prospects, presenting floor plans and finishes, writing contracts, and coordinating closing.
  • Help design and implement on-site sales processes, CRM practices, and reporting tools.
  • Work closely with leadership, construction, and marketing teams to align messaging and community rollouts.
  • Provide insights and feedback on buyer trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-up, prospecting, and community outreach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of new home sales experience with California builders (REQUIRED).
  • Active California Real Estate License.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals in new construction settings.
  • Comfortable working in a startup-like environment where you can wear multiple hats.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy; able to use CRM systems, MLS, and mobile tools for sales and follow-up.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience helping launch new home communities.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, or other) a plus.
  • Familiarity with design center selections or customization options.
