OR OverviewThe Operating Room at GW Hospital is a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment supporting complex and innovative procedures, including robotic, open-heart, trauma, transplant, and minimally invasive surgeries. Our OR features 17 state-of-the-art suites and supports a wide range of surgical specialties. Position SummaryThe Senior Clinical Coordinator (RN) is a frontline leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care and smooth daily operations in the Operating Room. This role bridges clinical expertise and administrative responsibilities, providing support and guidance to OR nurses, coordinating case flow, and serving as a resource for the surgical team. This role works in partnership with the Nurse Manager and Assistant Director to promote optimal outcomes for patients and staff.
