Your Daily Impact

• Guide your team to meet stringent safety and quality benchmarks through efficient manufacturing processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving manufacturing glitches, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
• Distribute responsibilities among team members to harness their strengths and optimize productivity.
• Organize and oversee training for your team, setting clear performance targets and reviewing outcomes regularly.
• Facilitate group initiatives to pioneer productivity improvements.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams within a production environment for over a year.
• Bachelor's degree, particularly in Operations Management, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma practices is highly beneficial.
• Competence in JDE and Lotus Notes will be required after three months.
