Office Admin Responsibilities

• Perform various administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and receipts.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
• Assist with inventory management and order office supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support dealership initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
• Prepare dealerships daily deposit
• Other duties that may arise within the business office.

Office Admin Benefits and Compensation

$17 - $19 per hour.

Office Admin Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
