Night Shift Dispatcher

💰 Pay Range: $20–$22/HR. (DOE)
🕕 Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 6 Days On, 3 Days Off
R360 Environmental Solutions , a Waste Connections company, is the nation’s leading provider of oilfield waste management services. We're currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Dispatcher to support our operations in Hobbs, NM. This role is essential to keeping our team on track and our customers satisfied—especially during critical overnight hours.
🔧 The Job:
Coordinate and dispatch drivers based on customer requests and company procedures
Monitor driver locations and progress to ensure timely service completion
Answer and log calls from oil rigs and gas plants requesting equipment delivery or pickup
Use GPS and mapping tools to assist drivers with directions
Maintain accurate service records and internal documentation
Communicate with internal departments to help resolve service issues
Support drivers in real time with questions or service concerns
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and dispatch software tools effectively
âś… Requirements:
2+ years of dispatcher experience in transportation or logistics (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Courteous and professional phone/email manner
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Logical thinker and problem-solver in fast-paced environments
