Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. In this role, you'll help prospective home buyers, existing homeowners, and real estate investors secure the financing they need for their mortgage goals. You'll be responsible for analyzing loan applications, assessing underwriting requirements, and guiding clients through every step of the loan process. Additionally, you'll provide expert advice on the best loan options available and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in finding the best mortgage options tailored to their needs.
Analyze and evaluate loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Provide expert guidance through the entire loan origination process, from start to finish.
Stay current on loan products, underwriting standards, and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of underwriting processes and loan origination.
Previous experience in mortgage lending or loan origination.
Proficient in assessing loan applications and analyzing financial data.
In-depth knowledge of various loan products and financial concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
Must have or be eligible for a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Florida and/or Ohio.
