Job Title: Functional Analyst

Location: 100% Remote (Team will be split up to cover multiple different time zones from EST to PST)

Duration: Long term

Job Description: This team will be responsible for picking up the functional components from a previous service provider for the Dealer Management System (DMS) for Client. DMS is on a Dynamics 365 and is about 90% customized with Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV). This team will be built out with onshore resources that would consider themselves experts within Dynamics Business Central and have been a part of multiple enterprise level implementations.

There are 5 separate domains (1 resource per domain):

• Sales (including Rentals)
• Operations
• Parts
• Service
• Field Service

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience with Dynamics NAV can be accepted, but they need to have Dynamics BC in recent roles.

Business Drivers/Customer Impact

• Client has an initiative underway to build, test, deploy and support a Dealer Management System for Client and Raymond Dealers. Seeking options from a capable and flexible partner to provide capacity support for DMS (customized suite of MSFT D365 Application solutions involving Business Central - BC, and Customer Engagement - CE - as new dealers come on line.
