Full-Time Nanny – Infant & Toddler Experience Required | $30hr

A private family is seeking a full-time nanny to join their household and provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for their three young children, including a 10-week-old infant and two boys (ages 2 and 6). The position is based in Dolores, CO, with a preferred start date before July 20. This is a 4–6 month placement with the potential to become long-term.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30 per hour, depending on experience
• Private live-in accommodations available (optional)
• Benefits: paid time off, sick/personal days, major holidays

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (or Tuesday–Friday, depending on availability)
• Flexibility required for occasional early mornings, evenings, and travel

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care primarily for the 2- and 6-year-old boys
• Assist occasionally with newborn care as needed
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities
• Manage children’s routines, meals, and personal care
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless care
• Travel domestically with the family (required)

Qualifications

• Extensive infant and toddler experience
• CPR/First Aid certification (required)
• Ability to travel regularly within the U.S.
• Team player who works well in a fully staffed household
• Flexible, family-focused, and professional demeanor
• No driving required for this role
• Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references
• Must have U.S. work authorization
