Position: Farm Equipment Operator
Pay: $19 - $24/hour (starting wage based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Modern Machinery : Work with state-of-the-art equipment such as tractors, end-loaders, floaters, spreaders, sprayers (TerraGators and Rogators), and trucks.
Transport Agricultural Products : Move products from our facilities to crop fields with precision.
Chemical & Fertilizer Application : Accurately mix and apply fertilizers and chemicals to fields using advanced machinery.
Customer Service : Assist customers as needed, providing excellent service and support.
Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment using hand and power tools.
Tech-Savvy : Utilize GPS systems and other high-tech monitoring technology to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Collaboration : Work closely with leadership, truck drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Are You a Good Fit?
Experience : Previous experience operating heavy machinery or equipment is preferred but not required.
Skills : Comfortable using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
Willingness to Learn : Must be open to obtaining a Class A CDL (we’ll help you with the process!).
Clear Background : Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
