Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced yoga instructor to join our rapidly growing fitness community! Our studio is expanding, and we need a dedicated professional to lead our members through dynamic and challenging classes. The ideal candidate should have experience in both Hot Yoga and high-intensity yoga formats like HIIT Yoga or Fit 45. Responsibilities:

• Lead a variety of yoga classes, including Hot Yoga and HIIT Yoga, that cater to different fitness levels.
• Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate beginners, intermediates, and advanced students.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all members.
• Assist members with proper alignment and technique to prevent injury.
• Develop class routines that are engaging, creative, and fitness-focused.
• Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages member retention.
• Ensure proper care and cleanliness of studio equipment and space.
• Build relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other fitness instructors and staff to enhance the overall class experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience teaching yoga.
• Certification in Hot Yoga or equivalent.
• Experience teaching fitness-focused yoga (e.g., Fit 45, HIIT Yoga).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with all fitness levels and provide modifications as needed.
