What You’ll Do as a Dispatcher/CSR:

• Coordinate driver schedules based on customer needs and service requirements
• Monitor vehicle locations and ensure timely dispatching
• Communicate clearly with drivers to provide updates and instructions
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle and driver activity
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies with quick thinking and professionalism
• Collaborate with team members to optimize daily workflow

What You Bring as a Dispatcher/CSR:

• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or customer service
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage urgent situations
• Familiarity with dispatch software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
