The Surf Lodge is a cultural icon rooted in hospitality, music, fashion, and effortless coastal luxury. With roots in Montauk and eyes on the world, we are expanding across industries and seeking a Creative & Operations Associate to work closely with our CEO in Manhattan.

This is a unique hybrid role for someone who is both aesthetically gifted and operationally sharp. You will operate at the intersection of creativity and execution, helping shape visual narratives while organizing the moving parts behind high-level ventures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design pitch decks, brand presentations, marketing materials, and digital content
Support creative direction for new hospitality, wellness, and real estate projects
Manage CEO’s calendar, communications, and workflow
Coordinate with internal and external partners to move projects forward
Keep timelines, deliverables, and key priorities organized and on track
Contribute to brand storytelling through design and concepting

WHO YOU ARE

A visual thinker with a refined, contemporary aesthetic
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and project tools
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
Fluent in culture: fashion, design, art, wellness, architecture, and media
Equally comfortable in creative brainstorming and structured operations
Interested in growing within a visionary and high-exposure brand environment
