Our client, a global leader in contract management, is seeking a Contract Support Specialist to join their team. As a Contract Support Specialist, you will be part of the contract management team supporting various departments over the span of various countries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide administrative assistance to the contract management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
• Review processes and documents contract amendments and changes.
• Monitor and review invoices and purchase orders against contractual terms to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical contract files.
• Compile and analyze data while maintaining historical information and generating reports on contract performance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-8 years equivalent experience in contract support.
• Outstanding skills with MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Exceptional people skills and the ability to handle complex contracts with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of legal language as it relates to contractual documents
