Job Description:
We are seeking a Compliance Officer to assist in addressing and analyzing complaints related to condominiums, timeshares, and mobile homes. The ideal candidate will engage with constituents, interpret Florida statutes, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to a short-term project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with complainants to gather details on filed complaints.
• Analyze complaints in relation to state statutes.
• Provide resources and referrals to constituents as needed.
• Document actions in the OnBase system and close cases accordingly.
• Ensure clear communication with the public throughout the process.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret Florida state statutes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the public in a professional environment.
• Experience analyzing complaints and providing solutions.
• Familiarity with Versa and OnBase systems is a plus.
