Job Description

**Responsibilities** Process birth certificates, log newborn screening results, process paternity forms, bills paternity and makes invoices for charges, answers/processes telephone calls, interview mothers for information on the birth certificates. **Qualifications** + Experience working in Hospital Environment. + Preferred AA degree or equivalent. + Preferred typing speed of 40 wpm required. + Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and working knowledge of Outlook. + Ability to make decisions and work independently. + Bilingual (Spanish) to be able to help the p/p unit with patient translation preferred. + Also be able to do birth certificate whenever necessary. + Have excellent communication and clerical skills required and writing ability essential. + High school diploma or equivalent. **Overview** CommonSpirit Health was formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health.
