Employment Attorney - Partner - Los Angeles , San Diego , San Francisco .

A highly respected mid-sized law firm-consistently ranked a Best Place to Work-is seeking experienced Employment Litigation Partners to join its teams in Los Angeles , San Diego , and San Francisco . Known for its collaborative culture and genuine focus on work-life balance, this firm offers an exceptional environment for seasoned litigators to thrive both professionally and personally. A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Represent employer clients in single-plaintiff employment litigation (court and arbitration)
* Investigate claims and develop strategic approaches to defense
* Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
* Take and defend depositions
* Handle responses to administrative charges
* Appear at mediations, hearings, and trials/arbitrations as needed
* Maintain regular client communication and case management

Qualifications:

* JD from an ABA-accredited law school
* Active CA Bar license in good standing
* Strong background in employment litigation
* Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
* Proven ability to manage cases independently
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* A team player who thrives in a supportive, client-focused environment
* Trial experience and/or wage & hour litigation a plus, but not required
