Position Overview The Art Director will play a key role in shaping Our Fun and Flirty Brand’s creative direction, with a primary focus on design; will oversee the creation of digital and print materials, ensuring all design elements align with the brand’s strategy. This role will lead the creative team while collaborating closely with the studio team to ensure brand consistency and excellence in execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design concepts for digital, print, and packaging initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling. Oversee the creation of brand assets, including marketing materials, digital promotions, in-store visuals, and packaging. Develop and implement creative guidelines to maintain brand identity across all platforms. Stay ahead of industry trends, applying fresh design approaches that enhance brand presence. Mentor and guide designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BFA) in Design or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years leading a team. Experience in the haircare, wellness, beauty industry is preferred. Or other industries with that aesthetic. Expertise in digital and print design, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
