Job Description

Position: Full-time / 40 hours a week 

Hybrid / Based in Raleigh

8:30a - 5:30p Monday - Thursday 

8:30a - 12:30p Friday

Start Date: ASAP

We are actively seeking an Account Manager to help create and manage social media campaigns and content calendars, write copy, and support the agency, along with our clients. This position offers a strong opportunity for growth in a fast and fun environment!

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple clients to create unique, engaging, and on-brand content on various platforms that helps achieve strategic brand goals
• Plan and build out content calendars 
• Coordinate with our internal creative and project management teams to conceptualize and bring to life social media marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with our paid media team to create copy, help design creative, and brainstorm target audiences 
• Maintain client relationships through consistent communication, including email and weekly, biweekly and/or monthly standing meetings 
• Actively engage with our different audiences in order to foster customer loyalty and grow accounts - this includes liking, commenting, and engaging with business customers + external accounts
• Monitor the performance of social media and email efforts to ensure we’re reaching clients KPIs and brand strategy goals
• Create monthly client social and campaign reports using Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and native social platforms in addition to your own professional insights

Necessary Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a social media marketing position 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn 
• Knowledge of current social media trends including new platforms and best practices 
• Creative copywriting skills
• Graphic design and/or Adobe Suite 
• Sprout Social
• Basic photography 

Bonus Experience

Experience with the following platforms:

• Google Suite
• Shopify / Squarespace
• Vimeo
• Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo

Chair 8 General

• Willingness to be on the ground/in the field with clients
• Ability to work on a variety of projects and accounts at one time
• Ability to think/act/respond quickly
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions 
• Okay with office dogs!
